Developing a sportswear brand and struggling with fit? Preparing patterns for stretch fabrics before production? ANGEL offers sportswear pattern making and sample development to help brands and workshops move from a design idea to a sample for evaluation.

Products we can discuss
- Gym, yoga and fitness: sports bras, leggings, two-layer shorts, crop tops and tank tops.
- Team sports: football, basketball, badminton and tennis clothing.
- Versatile sportswear: windbreakers, joggers, hoodies and running shirts.
Patterns developed around fabric and movement
Polyester/spandex blends, mesh and woven fabrics behave differently. ANGEL discusses stretch, recovery, fit and measurements when planning the pattern. Samples should be fitted, checked and adjusted against agreed criteria before production approval.
Sampling and seam selection
Seam construction is selected according to fabric, joining position and the desired finish. Four-needle, six-thread flatlock, coverstitch and other finishing requirements can be discussed during sample approval. The sample helps assess how fit, seams and movement work together.
Size grading and marker planning
ANGEL accepts size grading based on an agreed measurement chart and marker planning for the specified fabric width. Fabric consumption depends on design, size mix, fabric direction and cutting requirements. Reviewing these factors supports cost planning before bulk cutting.
Design confidentiality
Design information and permitted sample use are agreed when the project is accepted. Please discuss any confidentiality requirements before sending detailed design files.
Send your sampling enquiry
Share reference images or sketches, a measurement chart if available, proposed fabric and the number of samples needed. ANGEL will discuss scope, pricing and timing for each design.
